He was seen jerking off in the clothing department inside Sears on Davis Hwy, apparently. Allegedly it was done in the presence of three juveniles.

He was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and lewd and lascivious behavior.

He needs to have his ass kicked.

He was in the wrong department. He needed to go to weed wackers.

Believe it or not it could be worse.  Years ago the Associate Rector of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church was caught doing fellatio on another man in the bathroom at Cordova Mall.  But I don't know if any children were present.
