He has no ability and the minions of which he has surrounded himself (all nearly incompetent yes men and women) are no better either. Most have never served in government at any capacity and the continued economic and foreign policy gaffes are a result of that shortfall. He is trying his best to get impeached because it is the only way the low information voter base will be stirred up to defend him. They have to see a perceived threat to the handouts and free stuff he is giving them. Until then, they just don't care.
