Why don't Pensacola LEOS wear their hats?

You will likely not see one wearing his hat with the possible exception of their motorcycle officers. They wear theirs on or off the bike. Regular LEOS can even be found directing traffic in the sun with no hat. Anybody know why?  Maybe they think they look funny. What if they were issued the four point hat like drill instructors wear in the military. I think the hat of any kind gives a cop a look of authority.

I don't think hats are a part of their uniform. Either way,
Srso and ecso are all corrupt.

Anyone remember this site?
