I have no problems with challenges to executive power if there is a logical nexus, historical consistency, and the certainty that there can be continuity in the exercise of executive powers...........If anybody thinks we can run a nation by committee.......well just go ahead and infringe or handcuff the executive branch and render our nation impotent to react......so yea.....challenge, but please do not let the threshold question be......is the black guy still kicking asz......ok......get him fido.....file frivolous and foolish lawsuits.
