ANOTHER Grand Surprise!

Poll: Obama worst president since WWII
By JONATHAN TOPAZ | 7/2/14 6:36 AM EDT Updated: 7/2/14 4:42 PM EDT

A plurality of voters think Barack Obama is the worst president since World War II, a new poll says.
ANOTHER Grand Surprise! Poll: Obama worst president since WWII Finger

According to a Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday, 33 percent of voters think the current president is the worst since 1945.

Obama’s predecessor, former President George W. Bush, came in at second-worst with 28 percent, and Richard Nixon was in third place with 13 percent of the vote. After Jimmy Carter, who 8 percent of voters said was the worst president in the time period, no other president received more than 3 percent.

This is essentially a meaningless poll. It represents approximately 1/3 of the poll respondents but that certainly is not indicative of the true reflection of the Obama presidency. Normally, more accurate measures can be taken after a number of years post WH to give historians an opportunity to digest and make an objective analysis. Harry Truman suffered a similar rating during his tenure but was highly regarded afterwards. Heck, 1/3 of the popoulation still do not believe we landed on the moon for goodness sakes. He has not performed as well as I wish he had but the 'worst ever' distinction is a minority view and therefore irrelevant at this point in time.

And Cantor has exactly what to do with this survey?

This is NOT a poll forecasting the future, it is how people feel about these presidents TODAY.

Who would be surprised?

Bush was the one who started the Iraq war (through his senseless invasion of the country), which lead to the complete destabilization of the region, allowing for the establishment of the radical Islamic group, ISIS. The conditions seen in Iraq today were a predictable result of the stupid invasion; the Bush team was not paying attention to such matters in their hubris during the run-up to the war.

Obama was handed a stable country in 2009.

How come is it you right-wingers agree with the poll when it says obama is the worst president,  but totally disagree with the same poll when it says bush is the second worst president.  lol

The poll just verifies what I've posted before.  That the last two presidents have been among the most incompetent presidents ever in office.

Exactly right. When Bush left office, the U.S. economy was the strongest it's ever been and there was no war. lol

When you scratch beneath the surface and look at the internals of this poll you find that Repukes continue to have a massive hard-on for Reagan and really, really, really hate the Kenyan usurper.

So much so, they skew the results.

Democrats meanwhile think that Obama, JFK, and Clinton were all pretty decent, and Nixon and Dubya sucked ass.

Obama was handed two ongoing wars, our international standing at an all-time low, and an economy in freefall. Please don't try to pretend otherwise. It makes you look like a fool.

"I don't give a goddamn," Bush retorted. "I'm the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way."
"Mr. President," one aide in the meeting said, "There's a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution."
"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face," Bush screamed back. "It's just a goddamned piece of paper!"

"I'm the commander - see, I don't need to explain - I don't need to explain why I say things. That's the interesting thing about being the President. Maybe somebody needs to explain to me why they say something, but I don't feel like I owe anybody an explanation." George W. Bush, quoted in "Bush at War"

ABC and NBC on Wednesday night and Thursday morning avoided a bleak new poll labeling Barack Obama the "worst president" since World War II. Only CBS This Morning on Thursday bothered to cover the story, allowing 21 seconds to the dour forecast. Guest co-host Anthony Mason explained, "Since World War II ended, 12 men have been President of the United States. A new Quinnipiac University poll puts President Obama on the bottom of that list."

The journalist added, "Thirty three percent of Americans rate him as the worst President." Only 13 percent said Richard Nixon. Not mentioned by Mason was the fact that the survey also shows that 45 percent think America would be better off if Romney had been elected. Only 38 percent say worse. Obama's overall approval rating stands at 40 percent. In contrast, ABC and NBC have played up the "worst" label when it applied to George W. Bush.

President Barack Hussein Obama claimed the war in Iraq was won.  That you know.  He also refused to follow the advice of his generals, after all President Obama is well versed in warfare from his days with the Rev. Wright and Bill Ayers and did NOT leave the necessary forces in Iraq to keep the country stable.  Look how Germany would look today had we not left troops there after WWII.

Here is what was said by this administration:

"Could Be One of the Great Achievements of This Administration" The vice president said he’d been to Iraq 17 times and visits the country every three months or so. "I know every one of the major players in all the segments of that society" he said. "It's impressed me. I've been impressed how they have been deciding to use the political process rather than guns to settle their differences."
- Vice President Joe Biden (D) Feb. 10, 2010

How has the war President Barack Hussein Obama said we SHOULD have been fighting going?  How is the Middle East going now that President Obama is President?  Oh, Afghanistan just crossed 3,000 American fatalities.  Seventy percent of whom died since President Obama took office.

And now the Obama administration wants to TAKE CREDIT for the Iraq war…whew….

Obama, in his memoir, Dreams of My Father, writes of a story in Life magazine that influenced him -- about a black man trying to bleach his skin white. No such article could be found in Life or Ebony.

From Blackfive:

President Obama’s Terrible Mistake (Did not know who HE had presented the medals to who were alive or DEAD.
June 23, 2011

The President addressing the 10th Mountain Division today at Fort Drum:

"First time I saw 10th Mountain Division, you guys were in southern Iraq. When I went back to visit Afghanistan, you guys were the first ones there. I had the great honor of seeing some of you because a comrade of yours, Jared Monti, was the first person who I was able to award the Medal of Honor to who actually came back and wasn't receiving it posthumously."

As we all know, SSG Sal Giunta, of the 173rd Airborne, was the first living recipient (2011) of the MOH who fought in Iraq/Afghanistan. SFC Jared Monti, 10th Mountain Division, was KIA in Afghanistan in 2006. He was posthumously awarded the MOH by Obama in 2009.

Barack Obama in Selma
Obama was born in 1961. The Selma march took place in 1965

Last March [2008], on the anniversary of the Bloody Sunday march in Selma, Ala., he claimed his parents united as a direct result of the civil rights movement:

"There was something stirring across the country because of what happened in Selma, Ala., because some folks are willing to march across a bridge. So they got together and Barack Obama Jr. was born."

Obama lies about Auschwitz - Not a 'gaffe', just an outright 'lie'

"I had a uncle who was one of the, who was part of the first American troops to go into Auschwitz and liberate the concentration camps,"

That may be a fact -- but only if Obama's uncle served in the Red Army of Joseph Stalin, which liberated Auschwitz Jan. 27, 1945.

Oh, lookie, Markle has recycled his cut and paste from 2008. I'm so impressed. He has also tried to deflect the Nazi references to Obama. Good luck with that. Your party has the fascists.
