Supreme Court rebukes Obama on recess appointments

"The Supreme Court ruled unanimously Thursday that President Obama lacked constitutional authority to make high-level government appointments at a time he declared the Senate in recess and unable to act on the nominations."

Obama had argued that the Senate was on an extended holiday break and that the brief sessions it held every three days — what lawmakers call "pro forma" — were a sham that was intended to prevent him from filling seats on the NLRB.
 
The justices rejected that argument Wednesday.

The point you love to miss is that the other Presidents RECESS not RECESSION appointments were made LEGALLY. Not so those of President Barack Hussein Obama.
