Not only do they have stock piles....Syria has used chemical weapons.

Syria has had chemical weapons since the 70's. .....and still using them.


 Supposedly.....In October 2013, the OPCW-UN Joint Mission destroyed all of Syria's declared chemical weapons manufacturing and mixing equipment.^{[  b}
