The Public defender was in the right refusing to waive his clients right to a speedy trial just to please the judge. He did come off a little cocky but that doesn't deserve the force the judge exhibited. Judge thinks he's god almighty.

The judge needs to be removed from the bench. I certainly hope assault charges are filed. It's not saying much when the applause comes from people charged.
