He gives arms to everyone. He personally flew down to Juarez and met with the Zetas and armed them all with golden AKs. Then he purchased 564,321,456,781,324 rounds of ammo for various government agencies, most likely in preparation for the martial law that republicans have told us is just on the horizon every few months since the fall of 2008. Then he met with al Qaeda leaders, assessed their arms needs, and met them in full. After that he gave some more arms to his domestic army which he will use to permanently install himself as a communist/socialist/fascist/Marxists/Maoist dictator. What am I leaving out here?
