Voters in 2010 passed the “Fair Districts” amendments, aimed at preventing gerrymandering when districts are drawn. Of course, as expected, the GOP-controlled legislature has done everything it can to to ignore the mandate passed by the voters, and now they are being sued over it.

Hopefully, the will of the people will prevail.....

Although the GOP have become expert and adept at manipulating districts or gerrymandering both parties have been involved at one time or another.  Only since the nation has become so polarized has this practice been brought to the publics' attention and the Dems suffered mightily after the redistricting of 2010 by the GOP . . . politics? . . . yes. . . . right? . . . no.

Yep, we can only hope that the lawsuit by the League of Women Voters prevails.
