After only six days of chewing it, it loosened one of my teeth all the way to the gum level.
If you're old, go easy on the chewing. I chain chewed it.

Back when I tried to quit a year ago I bought 3 or 4 different types of e-cigs.
That went well for awhile.  But after using them for a couple of weeks that vapor is hell on your throat with ANY of them.  Not for me.
