I can't remember what this huge building at Garden and Alcaniz was, Ichi.
Later there was a motel on that property but the motel building was not angled on the lot like that.

From the comments and what I can remember it was a trucking company. This was before the shit plant was moved to main street. Check out the beach, close to Stooderville.
