A long time ago Frank Jr at the shipyard wanted to make something to celebrate the holidays. So we made a big star out of rebar and put many (about 500 I think) lights on it. So every year they hoist it up with one of the older cranes for all to see. It is visible for a long ways. If you are going over the small Bridge on Navy Blvd, look south and you can see it.
