Obamacare site has NO security whatsoever built into system

From my understanding the part of the program you're all talking about is the payment part the govt pays to the insurance company (subsidy) on your behalf. As far as I know you were never going to be able to make your first month's premium on that site and it was always coming in the mail from the insurance company.
