The school reserves the right to require any female student to take a pregnancy test to confirm whether or not the suspect student is in fact pregnant," the policy reads.

The policy also allows the school to refer the student to a physician of its choice. "If the test indicates that the student is pregnant, the student will not be permitted to attend classes on the campus of Delhi Charter School."

It's a charter school. They can do what they want.

Let the "Informed" Staff vote. Abort the child or the Mother. Look around, are mothers doing an average job? Ask the CDC or the NIH....

The shcool is reconsidering it since the ACLU is going after them. I havnt looked yet to see if they have back down.

I was just curious if people would stand up for womens rights to get a education at the location of thier choice because they are preganant as much as some will argue womens rights to kill the baby off.

I'm glad they are keeping thier babies and I dont think its right to punish them.
