A deal was made between Harry Reid and Bonehead, but the tea baggers just cannot stand that black guy and him wanting all Americans to live healthier lives by seeing a doctor on a regular basis. Imagine that.

I HAVE been to a TEA party rally and there WERE blacks, orientals, and whites of many nationalities, including Mexicans there... NOT 1 word was said against ANY race, color, nationality, or any other thing.. It was ALL about POSITIVE things needed to fix things, ie; cutting foreign aid, helping our own LEGAL citizens before helping the illegals and other countries..... Cool1 was at the same rally I was at by University Mall..

The Tea Party is mostly against poor people, entitlements,Obamacare,federal aid to students,equal wages for equal work,abortion,medical services to poor women,food stamps and a whole host of other things that affect poor people. Anyone who wasn't rich shouldn't have been there.

Curious that you claim to be a registered Democrat, yet many of your expressed views are quite conservative. I do not affiliate with either party, although my views are obviously quite progressive.  I must correct you; not all my posts deal with all the hateful racism typed on here daily by your conservative comrades. Please go back and review my posts before making incorrect blanket statements regarding the content of said posts.
That being said, I do not agree that both parties are equally to blame. The GOP has exhibited unabashed obstructionism at every chance. The GOP does not care about the common man. Only big corporate dollars, and I do not agree with that mentality.

racism has nothing to do with us not liking the socialistic policies of the left and odumbass. we didn't like socialistic ideas before he even came on the scene stupidasses.

The biggest thing I want is for people to EARN what they get and NOT depend on govt benefits paid for by the taxpayers.  I know there are some who can't work for one reason or another, but there are millions more that should be earning what they get instead of begging for more handouts..  Short term help for people who need it is OK, but NOT 2-3-4 generations of families on all of the giveaway programs and never having a job..
The businesses and jobs need to come back to the states instead of moving overseas..  The workers need to support themselves and plan for their retirement, but at the same time, stop asking for more and more and more..  Unions were started to protect the workers, and were great for the first 40-50 years, but have destroyed many many jobs by making it too expensive for the employers to justify staying in business in the states, so they moved overseas..  WHY do the foreign auto manufacturers open factories in the states??  Could it be they can get good workers at a fair price and less expense because they are NOT under union rules?  They still have the medical and retirement plans for the employees..

It's funny that people claim to be progressive and won't examine the embedded racism the movement embraces.

Equal opportunity, access, protection doesn't equate with equal outcome policies... no matter how noble it may sound.
