Sen. Rand Paul: 50/50 chance of House voting to authorize force against Syria

Sen. Paul thinks the Senate will give the President authorization, but it is a toss up in the House.
I have to agree the Sen. Paul on this one. This cannot escalate in another Afghanistan or Iraq. We cannot afford it: financially or politically.
