wanting to change the rules of the game in the middle of the game to change the way to stop a fillibuster...He's ticked about nominees made by the cowh and wants them all confirmed...For the record there have been approximately 1500 nominees approved and 4 stopped....Susan Rice being one of the most recent...she did such a wonderful job of misleading and covering up for the administration during the Benghazi incident...And even after all that the cowh thought she would have made a 'great' Secretary of State...Her name was withdrawn when the opposition threatened to use a fillibuster to stop her nomination and now Harry's got his panties in a bundle...

Well hey - if the rules don't fit your agenda just break them, ignore them, or attempt to change them. After all Harry is just following in the footsteps of his incompetent idol Oblamer who does the same thing. Hopeless Harry is as useless as Bonehead Boehner.
