The cowh in remarks confused Chancellor 'George' Osborne with R&B singer 'Jeffery' Osborne!...A moron too 'sal'?....Least he didn't say 'Ozzie'....Teleprompter problems?...

If I was to venture a guess.......and we were still talking about President Obama........I think that some of the President's critics most certainly could...........

    'Petty and childish' seems to only pertain when anyone points out that the cowh/democrats can also make speaking mistakes even when remarks are prepared and in front of the press...
