Any crime committed with a firearm should be a capital crime with death penalty to anyone found guilty. Death or injury would not be a factor. They should get one appeal to make the lawyers happy so they can make some money and then after that they should be hanged in no more than a week. This may not stop the killing but there is no recidivism from the gallows.
