four more years to buildout the park, and the naysayers will have nothing to complain about but the color of Mr. Studer's socks.

This is what the stadium will look like by then. Cleveland is not even the cellar dwellar in their division and can't get fans to come to the games even by giving way tickets.

......................................................

I did not plan this out, but the commercial before the video speaks volumes. We need a water-park @ the proposed YMCA location....LOL

I love baseball. I played from 6yo until I was 19. I was a pitcher (control freak) and quite successful in that role. In my entire time on the mound, I never gave up a HR....and the 1st batter I faced in HS was Richard Todd....whatever.

But I have still not attended a game @ our new stadium. That makes me guilty of not supporting the opportunity set before me.

When we use the drop down menu of life (click here), there are so many options that compete with an evening of baseball. If my grandson is in town, I'll probably catch a game w/ him. Otherwise, I'll stay @ home with my wife and watch whatever she decides.

The ball park will be successful in spite of the naysayers.

In edit....

Well, screw the ad....I just clicked my link and it is irrelevant to my premise. The 1st ad was for a waterpark in Destin.

Thank you for the excellent reference for the success of the Blue Wahoos. Here is major league attendance last year:

http://espn.go.com/mlb/attendance

A little minor league team in Pensacola Florida is drawing approximately 1/3 of what a major league team is pulling. Huge success.

Its obvious that folks in Cleveland are counting on Richardson to float their boat and have given up after a decade of being fed last or second to last teams. It is also pretty obvious that many of the folks are clueless about their neighbors and are probably cocooning watching cable tv...........Cleveland has a rich tradition of baseball with fans who know the game and know what crap management has offered.

However, back to the thread topic......50k....... this park is beginning to rock and roll.

What I'm saying is if can happen to the Indians it certainly can also happen to the Yeahoos.

What leads you to believe studer knows anything about putting a quality baseball team on the field?

If winning were easy... losers would do it.

I guess for the Wahoos winning ain't so easy since they currently occupy the cellar of the Southern League South Division with a 12 and 19 record.

Neither has Seaoat. But........

He'd rather verbally support the stadium over actually shelling out any $ to attend a game!

The Reds organization puts the players on the field.

I will never see a Wahoo game....not by choice.
