Pedophile USAF Officer Gets 17 years/Dismissal

This turkey (a 42 year old LTC) was stationed at Tyndall AFB. OSI was investigating him for allegedly having a relationship with a 10 year old boy ten-years previously. They put him under surveillance and found he was having a current affair (over a 9-month period) with a 17-year old boy. The investigation also found he was in possession of child pornography.

His conviction was set aside and he was released from jail, but the Air force says it will not allow him to be promoted to full COL.
