If he were a certified thug he would already have a criminal history.
That said, the article descrobes the actions of a man who wins by dominating his opponents, get's paid (a lot) to inflict violence on others, and had a rage driven meltdown that will absolutely impact his world in a very negative way.
The lack of criminal charges is odd, no...?
