The elderly woman had a buckeye sticker on her bumper, and police thought it was a marijuana leaf. They pulled her over because they thought she might be carrying marijuana in her car.

She was on her way back to her home in Texas after attending a funeral up in Columbus, OH. After police realized their mistake, they tried to persuade the woman to remove the sticker. The one-time president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Ohio State Alumni Club refused to remove the buckeye sticker.

Boy police over-reach is getting worse with each passing day……

She's lucky they didn't shoot her..

So digging up every little thing we can on bad behavior of cops is now the norm ammo.

You bet.....stopping people who have a sticker on their car......well those folks need to find another vocation. When we have good cops who understand the constitution.....well there will be nobody to get after......isn't that the goal.

I do not believe a court would consider a bumper sticker probable cause to pull someome over and certainly not for a search,....
