Hostess executives just got a big bonus approved by a bankruptcy judge, they cleverly knew that they could gut 18k American jobs and mismanage this company through two bankruptcies......but guess what.......they are going to be selling the brand.....buyers are lining up to get the brand in a liquidation without workers, equipment, and get a fresh start.....but the key is that the handful of executives are going to make a killing and close to 20k Americans are going to lose their jobs, and some will profit by killing a company.....oh and it is rumored that a Mexican bread company is the leading company to get the brand.....where they will probably import twinkies as the middle class loses again, and some obscene profits are being made in the process of hurting America.....but the GM bailout in Chapter 11 was breaking the BK laws.....nope.....the only difference was the creditor committee had the US on it, and these folks know that jobs are important for an American recovery......If the same standard was applied here and those bonus payments approved......should be a crime.
