A couple of weeks ago the idiot light came on my 2007 Prius dash which designates low tire pressure.
I've been procrastinating and only this morning got around to airing the tires because I had to go to Atmore.
Before I left home, I reset the mpg gauge.
By the time I got to Atmore, the mpg gauge was reporting 59.1 mpg.
That's 8 mpg more than this gay muslim car as ever given me.
When I got to the casino (my destination), I got out of the car and kneeled and said a prayer of thanks to Mohammed and Richard Simmons.

What does a Toyota Prius have to do with President Barack Hussein Obama? Aren't they a Japanese car company? When did they get a bailout from our tax payers?

The best my wife did was 1000 miles at 54 mpg. I am a lead foot, and I am usually around 47 mpg. This car has been the best investment in a vehicle I have ever made. We will put 250k miles on it if we do not have an accident, and the savings will buy another one. I have never had a vehicle with a seat warmer, and now that I am up at the islands.....well on a cold morning those leather seats are sweet....warm and toasty, and knowing that I am putting money in the bank every time I drive it compared to my chevy.

I am a fan of the Prius, but there should be a federal law that they and PT Cruisers shall remain out of fast lanes anywhere in America.

Non-comliance would result in their being crushed into Coke cans once they ever, ever reach their destination.
