I like the this John Stewart segment, and, honestly, feel if perfectly sums up the gripes on both sides of the political spectrum.

It is cute that Stewart's broadcast was Jan 4 and the president's was the very next day as if his was in response.
What disturbs me about Stewart's clip is that the R's come up with bogus complaints as in how long it took Obama to respond (which was much sooner than Bush's response to a similar incident under his administration) and then after creating that lie ginned up their outrage as they tried to make Obama look as bad as possible in comparison to Bush's imagined comments.
They don't even think twice before throwing out some created outrage. The Republicans count on the public not remembering the details of what they complain about and expect everyone to take them at their word, which, if they are watching Fox news they do, hook line and sinker.

What is so funny about the above post is, around December of 2011, PeeDog started a thread over on the old PNJ forum, ranting about how Obama only had 13 months left, and he couldn't wait for his Republican successor's inauguration.....
