3rd grade granddaughter came back from girls scout camp and told her mom she does not want to wear a bra

She was the only 3rd grader mixed with mostly 6th grade girls who took her under their wing and apparently the entire conversation all week was their bras. When the granddaughter quite emphatically told her mother that she would never wear a bras......the daughter said.....all the women in the family wear a bra. When I went to boy scout camp we were sneaking behind an old canvas tent and playing craps, and blowing things up with fireworks. Little girls already being immersed in concern about body image.
