oh oh........Senator Lee has said the same, and Michael Moore has pledged to primary anybody who votes for the Republican nominee. As I have said, we do not need nine justices, but this nominee is actually very qualified. I guess if the Democrats just said that because the Republicans stole the Democratic nomination, we will delay at least one year to put somebody on the court, I would have less problem with never approving a supreme court nominee, the danger there is that the next nominee will be an unqualified crazy.
