wasted energy if folks are not registering voters for state and local off year elections and the 2018 election. We heard about Bernie's crowds. We heard about Clinton's organization. All missing the point. Almost 60% of people are not voting in off year elections. Those elections determine if gerrymandering will happen in the future. It is a grind. It is not a show pony.
