As Churchill once said: "Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning."

It was the largest mass protest in Washington, DC and across this nation and in fact the world, since the giant anti-war protests of the 60s and early 70s.

The participants were male and female, and marched for more than a dozen differing reasons.  For Trump and the American traitors who support him (it appears Trump and Putin worked hand in hand to rig our Presidential election), the numbers of protestors was truly frightening.  Echoes of the fledgling Tea Party before organization.

There were republicans in the crowd as well as democrats and former-democrats.  The protests yesterday were equally bad news for the now defunct democrat party.  Over the last thirty years the DNC had a choice: represent the people or the oligarchs.  What's clear to all of us is that while pretending to be concerned about our issues, the democrat party never crossed the interests of their financiers.

You can't represent those who want to own and run everything, and the interests of the people.  All of us who were democrats understand that.

Facts are, the people who run the democrat party show still haven't yet decided to abandon the relationships that gave Trump his victory.

Jobs. Affordable healthcare. Better wages, increased earnings, affordable education, clean energy, women's rights, gay rights, more security ... these desires are not restricted to one party or the other.  That's why there were democrats and republicans who marched yesterday.

Today, all the people who marched in protest, and all their affiliated groups and organizations lack a real leader who can bring us all together and harness our energy and spirit.

Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren come to mind, but surely there are others who can capture our loyalty and determination to improve life, justice, and true equality in our country ... and, across the planet.
People who marched yesterday in Europe, Asia, and Latin America have the same hopes for a peaceful, more productive and equitable world.

The facts are, we're the biggest movement the world has yet seen ... and we're in search of a leader.

Trump is the enemy.  All of us know that.

Markle and his fellow deplorables laugh at our current discomfort.  Our turn will surely come.

Viva We the People!!

The march was for Equality. I know many Trump supporters that marched.

Please explain then why there were so many anti-Trump signs among the marchers, and why the chants screamed for the end of his presidency. As usual, your outlook is like a person with 10% of his vision left. You see only what you want to see. There were women marching for women's rights, there were women marching for better access to contraception, abortion rights, affordable healthcare, better schools for their kids, better wages, true justice from a legal system that fails to protect minorities and the poor, there were thousands marching in protest against an economic system owned and operated by the 1%. And, with pride, I point out to you my narrow visioned-friend, there were thousands of men who also marched.

Reality.

The most popular sign that I saw at the St.Pete March read, "This Pussy Grabs Back!".

They were probably being carried by Trump admirers.

Joanie is learning well from her leaders - lie about EVERYTHING that doesn't reflect well on your movement of deplorables, even demonstrable FACTS.

There were no Trump supporters at these rallies, unless they were there to disrupt.

Millions of democrats, disgusted by the DNC's ongoing love affair with the 1%, and with the DNC's deals with Hillary's campaign people to destroy Bernie Sanders's campaign, didn't vote.  More of the same wasn't their cup of tea.  And voting for a sexist, billionaire who was happy to use white racism (Let's make America Great Again) as an electoral weapon, was out of the question.

Those millions marched yesterday.

Reality.

The Women’s March low-end estimate is more than three and a half times bigger than any demonstration ever in the history of the United States of America, and on the high-end nearly five times bigger.

And, there were no reports of violence nor vandalism.

None.

But, Markle would like to treat us to a picture of African-Americans behaving badly.

Because??

Trump lost the popular vote by three million, and if the Bernie supporters would have realized the enemy of good is perfect, it would have been six million. Never has a President ascended to office with so little support, but you have to give the President a chance to show he is not just working for the 1%.

Good gawd, the man has a long and sordid history.

Just yesterday, he sent his press secretary out to lie repeatedly in his very first press conference.

You just keep shitting into one hand and wishing into the other and see which one fills up the fastest.

Trump, not Obama, is the most distrusted and disliked incoming President in America's history. Markle and his related deplorables have no other course but to deflect and twist those facts, by hitting Hillary and/or Obama -- neither of whom are in office. No wonder they're desperate!

"More Than 200 Protesters Will Face Felony Charges In D.C.

Watch VideoMore than 200 protesters will face felony rioting charges after anti-Trump protests on Inauguration Day turned violent. In Washington, D.C., the sentence for felony rioting can be up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $25,000. SEE MORE: The Trump Administration's 'Running War' With The Media ContinuesSix officers suffered minor injuries, three of which were head wounds. During a series of arraignment hearings Saturday, a judge saw many protesters in groups of 10. Defense attorneys argued there wasn't proof that everyone arrested was involved with the violence, but each protester was charged individually." ...

The latest estimates of the numbers of Trump protestors marching in Washington, DC and all over the world are in the MILLIONS.  Those arrested for violent demonstrations and destruction of property are less than 400 in total.  Markle's comment is no different than one which would claim that all Trump supporters are members of the KKK or Nazi Party.  Thanks for the laugh Markle.

Please post your source and link, please.

You're obviously too young and immature to recall the civil rights and anti-war protests of the 60's.
