He will be judged favorably by history, but more importantly millions of children saw truly loving family man with patience and intelligence lead this great nation. Few role models will be found who have had a more important impact on American youth. I grew up when the color of one skin determined that a person could not use a drinking fountain or bathroom. Where citizens were restricted from voting, and you never saw commercials or TV shows with any people of color. Sydney in Sir with Love was a shocking movie at the time because it portrayed a black man as a caring teacher impacting a classroom of kids. Well forty years later we have been blessed with a man who impacted American children in every classroom. The transition from a true role model to something the American people are disgusted, has unprecedented consequences and impact on children as the superego, ego, and id have been replaced simply by a walking, talking, pure ID. Every teacher's nightmare is that disruptive kid who is unfiltered and now cheating, lying, womanizing, greed, avarice, vanity, and racism is the new national role model. Yes, President Obama will be missed by the children of this nation, and we can only hope that with the elevation to the Presidency, somehow President Trump will change.
