Trump supporters make up 80% of the land area of the United States. Why would we eliminate the electoral college when fascists from just 20% of the U.S. might be able to control everything?

Wow....that is the most idiotic defense of the electoral college I have heard. How about sticking to the criteria of our founding fathers. They got it right, and please quit whining that Hillary kicked Donald's asz in the popular vote.....the popular vote does not elect a President.
