In my opinion, and millions of others, FBI Reputation going down the tubes.  The massive payoff, top dog overrides all inspectors ignores criminal activities.  The Clinton's just EXPECT to get away with their activities.  They have for so long.

Most dramatically, Attorney General Elliot Richardson and his deputy, William Ruckelshaus, resigned rather than follow Nixon’s order to fire special prosecutor Archibald Cox in the Saturday Night Massacre. And Nixon himself resigned when even fellow Republicans signaled they were prepared to impeach and convict him.

One result is that, while “Nixonian” is a synonym for illegal abuse of authority, his resignation and the smooth transfer of power marked a ringing triumph of justice. The fundamental principle that nobody in America is above the law was upheld in practice.

Now imagine another scenario. America wakes up on Nov. 9 to President-elect Hillary Clinton, and to the cold reality that the same principle of equal justice is null and void.

Her election would mean that some people are above the law. It would mean that one of them will assume the commanding heights of our country despite abundant evidence that she committed crimes and got away scot-free.

Oh, for the good old days of Watergate and of public servants like Elliot Richardson and William Ruckelshaus. We should be so lucky now.

Instead, we have a sitting president, Barack Obama, who presided over a corrupt Justice Department and the FBI. And instead of public servants of principle, we have a gaggle of quislings, including Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who put partisanship and their careers ahead of duty.

Rather than ending a national nightmare, a transfer of power from Obama to Clinton would start a new crisis of confidence. Consider the threshold question of whether the Justice Department could ever be trusted to prosecute anyone in public office.

There was nothing wrong with the FBI's investigation. Rather, the GOP doesn't want to accept the fact that Comey chose to follow the law instead of the GOP playbook.

Look, everyone. The Trump supporter isn't smart enough to see the difference between the sailor's situation and Clinton's situation.

Ok, tell me if the FBI intentionally missed something that our stellar legal scholars discovered here how will you indict SOS Clinton. Please show another person who has foreign nations attacking her, the FBI investigating her, and a right wing propaganda machine for the fascists spewing nonsense.....please tell me where the intent to commit a crime was? I have had so much fun with the guppies pretending to be sharks......

Judge Napolitano: What happened to the FBI? It's been corrupted by Obama and his team
Andrew Napolitano

Here is the back story.

The FBI began investigating the Clinton email scandal in the spring of 2015, when The New York Times revealed Clinton’s use of a private email address for her official governmental work and the fact that she did not preserve the emails on State Department servers, contrary to federal law. After an initial collection of evidence and a round of interviews, agents and senior managers gathered in the summer of 2015 to discuss how to proceed. It was obvious to all that a prima-facie case could be made for espionage, theft of government property and obstruction of justice charges. The consensus was to proceed with a formal criminal investigation.

Six months later, the senior FBI agent in charge of that investigation resigned from the case and retired from the FBI because he felt the case was going “sideways”; that’s law enforcement jargon for “nowhere by design.” John Giacalone had been the chief of the New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., field offices of the FBI and, at the time of his "sideways" comment, was the chief of the FBI National Security Branch.

The judge is just not that bright.   He probably was great on convicting a motorist for going 15mph over the limit, but when somebody who calls himself a judge says the FBI failed in their mission because they did not call a grand jury like he repeated this morning on Fox.......this guy is a joke, and his message is a bigger joke. How stupid is someone who references such idiocy?

Why do you suppose she decided to use a private unauthorized server to conduct govt business?

Prior SOS, almost all of congress, other cabinet members used private servers. If it is a problem. How come congress has after all those committee meetings has not proposed one statute which would make the same wrong. I guess it might not be wrong unless your name is Hillary.
