Police body cameras not working is unacceptable

why is every police shooting followed by the shooter's bodycamera not working? There has to be consequences for this technology magically failing after police shootings. Enough.

It's the standard operating procedure for the govt these days. They deliberately obstruct and deceive. See: fast n furious, irs targeting, wiretapping reporters, clapper lying about info collection, Hillary email... etc. You can't just pick and choose which is important... it's all important to check govt.
