So Oats and Sal say that Racism is a Southern thing. Unique to the way Southerners were taught and raised. Then why do the Japanese hate the Koreans?....Racism is not limited to the United States. It is world wide...To blame one segment of American society is just a lack of knowledge..

It is a disease which is communicable. It is conveyed by politics which are not unique to the United States, but has found a comfortable home in the former confederacy.
