Silvio Berlusconi was Italy's Donald Trump, and he apparently helped drag Italy into a ditch economically during his tenure as Italy's PM. Italians are seeing a lot of Berlusconi's personality show in Trump and are warning us against making him our president.

Interesting, Z-man, thanks for posting.  I've never paid much attention to Italian politics so this was enlightening.  The thing is, though, those of us who already see such dangers in Trump aren't the ones who need warning, but I fear that those who've recognized no such dangers by now aren't likely to be be swayed by Italians or anyone else before the election. I hope I'm wrong.
