McCain: Obama ‘Directly Responsible’ for Orlando Terror Attack
The onetime GOP standard-bearer issued the rebuke in the midst of a particularly challenging re-election fight.

Sen. John McCain on Thursday said President Barack Obama is "directly responsible" for the deaths at an Orlando, Florida, nightclub over the weekend – a startlingly harsh rebuke from one of the GOP's most senior and respected lawmakers.

Speaking to a group of reporters on Capitol Hill on Thursday, the Arizona senator blamed Obama's national security policies for the spread of the Islamic State group.

"Barack Obama is directly responsible for it, because when he pulled everybody out of Iraq, al-Qaida went to Syria, became ISIS, and ISIS is what it is today thanks to Barack Obama's failures," The Washington Post quoted McCain as saying.

hmmmmm 100%, so under that logic if we had left everything exactly the same as George Bush, we would now have 10k dead American kids, and the crazies would not have any resentment toward an American occupation army in an innocent country in the 911 attack, which if memory serves me right 3k plus Americans died on another President's watch.....and you posted that it was 100% Bill Clinton's fault for 911.......so let me get this straight.....thousands more of American kids die, we spend a couple more trillion, we further harbor resentment among Muslims for our war against Muslims, and we become a proxy for Israel and Saudi Arabia who created ISIS to counter Iran......now that is some splendid logic, but really who cares anymore.....a Republican Senator, congressman, or Presidential candidate espousing such nonsense has a snowball in hell chance of getting elected as the American people are simply wise to the propaganda game, which quite frankly Trump is doing a wonderful job of exposing.......but hold it......Hillary is going to jail....she is going to be indicted, right after President Obama's murder trial for being 100% responsible for the deaths in Orlando..... You are right. After speaking to parents of dead children shot by assault weapons, he should apologize for not doing more. I would suggest removing every military base from districts where legislators are owned by the NRA. Instead, he allowed this symbiotic relationship with the MIC and NRA to go unfettered while he simply tried to be reasonable and compassionate. No, he needed to go Chicago on them, and he did not, so he most certainly shares some blame.

You have no sense of decency.  First, the shooter in 2001 when he was in an American school right after 911 he was suspended from school for five days for inappropriate behavior(celebrating the attack).  Now, ISIS did not exist in 2001, yet this troubled youth identified with the folks blowing things up and killing innocents......how did this have anything to do with Syria, or Iraq, or the group of Criminals called ISIS which was created by Israel and the Saudis to destroy the Syrian government with Civil War strife in the middle east and this shooter.  Because he said he was sith ISIS.....please.......I can say I am Tiger woods, but it does not make it so, and it does not make President Obama responsible.   Just silly immature idiocy, with no basis in fact.   If ISIS never was created, would you blame it on the Taliban next, and say President Obama was responsible for that......please.

He had radical islamic views and stated them repeatedly. That garnered investigation by the fbi... several times. I bet that had a judge seen the comments that the court would've intervened. The govt systems should've worked... but it still won't fix crazy/criminal/terrorist. Therein lies the problem... and creating laws for the law abiding won't fix it. Why don't y'all just go ahead and get to the elephant in the room... gun confiscation... all those guns don't just disappear. You know you want to... it's the ideological next step historically.

Jama'at al-Tawhid wal-Jihad was formed in 1999 as a precursor for ISIS which evolved and became ISIS in 2006 having its roots in the Sunni insurgency movement in Iraq, but it was not until 2011 that the insurgency group merged with others in the Syrian civil war with the financial support of the Saudis and Israel that ISIS became what we know it is today, recruiting from around the world. In 1999 Al Queda was the radical group which was on the world radar and might influence a junior high kid in America, but the internet was in its infancy and most kids had a dial up modem at home to interface in a rudimentary internet presence of radical groups of Islam. To suggest that this shooter was tied to ISIS which was called Jama'al al Tawhid on 911 when he was suspended, or that he was anything but a wannabee F up at the time of the shooting as he was calling TV folks at the same time he was calling 911 is like saying I am tiger woods because I golf, and I have declared it so.

A disturbed lone wolf is by far more threatening in America than a direct link to ISIS because as was said on Bill Maher's show Friday, by the former chief of staff of Colin Powell they cannot track the same, where they are pretty much monitoring the direct links.........He said this was not a direct link and he has actual knowledge.....not speculation or crude attempts to politicize the attack so that MIC can make more profits like an idea has a locus.......it does not....these are simply common criminal acts.....we have a criminal justice system who will have to handle the criminals, and it will not involve military action in civil wars in the middle east as historical conflicts between the Sunni and Shia which were not even recognized by President Bush when he invaded will not be solved by simply bombing more civilians.....sorry Mr. Markle.....the illusion has always been yours, and your propaganda would not fool a kindergarten student.
