LBJ as #1?  That shows you how flawed their survey was.

I was just a teenager during his presidency, but he ranks near the bottom of my list of modern POTUSs.

I am not surprised to see where both Bush's ranked; especially "W". He would be at the bottom of my list, and he was 12 of 13 on the list you posted the link to.
