Bob, you see this? It's now law. Still vote on amendment 2 to expland the law.

Medical Use of Cannabis; Revising requirements for physicians ordering low-THC cannabis, medical cannabis, or a cannabis delivery device; revising the information that the Department of Health is required to include in its online compassionate use registry; providing that dispensing organizations may not dispense low-THC cannabis and medical cannabis unless they meet certain testing requirements; requiring the department to authorize certain dispensing organizations or applicants to provide low-THC cannabis, medical cannabis, and cannabis delivery devices to eligible patients, etc.

Effective Date: upon becoming a law

low thc.........government needs to stay out of what a doctor prescribes. Are they going to start limiting pain pills? It is insane to see such tortured logic.

Agree and they should have expanded it further. The thinking with the med mj movement is they put this together and had scott sign it in an attempt to fool the electorate they need do nothing with the amendment two in November. Amendment two expands it to people with debilitating diseases and condition's. Also, I don't believe it limits the thc. This was a smoke screen so to speak.

Yes, they already have started limiting pain pills here in Florida.
