I have a friend who almost died at birth. The doctor who saved the day was Nancy Reagan's dad who was a physician at Northwestern in Chicago. He was a class act and a very skilled doctor, and from this environment Nancy Reagan also showed incredible class and a patrician upbringing. I disagree with Mr. Markle and find Michelle Obama one of the classiest first ladies ever........but time is moving too quickly and another era will be gone soon. I really enjoy her son who had a close relationship with his mom. She will be missed.

Sadly, for our country, neither our Lame Duck President or the First Lady demonstrate the least amount of class.

Examples abound, as you well know. The White House has an office of protocol and it seems they do not know about it or, if they do, they ignore their advice and give it the ol' South Side Chicago brashness.
