The flooding in the Midwest is bad

I was going to pull a trailer with my one ton dump, but when I try to avoid the mountains taking 55 instead of 65, I would have been going right into flooded areas. I will wait another week and see what is going to happen, but our river is full to the brim and will be dumping into the Mississippi......this flood event is far from over, and I am hopeful we will have a mild winter without a great deal of rain and snow. Strange to be having December floods. You expect them in March and April when the snow melts, but this is strange. Missouri is getting killed with some areas experiencing greater crests than the historic 1993 floods.
