With republicans controlling the House and Senate as well as a majority of State governments, our corruption is as much as those in Carribbean Islands and several other third world bloodsucking countries.  The heart of the story is how the ultra wealthy and biggest bloodsucking corporations have bought the heart and souls of elected officials. Corruption requires a massive govt with enormous controls over everything... particularly what citizen may do. Once the govt can literally edict, mandate, and control actions so basic as what citizen can buy or must buy... we the people are powerless.

We are in absolute agreement on this, Pkerbum. Democrat or Republican, all are unable to fund campaigns without selling their souls to campaign financers.
