What say you?

Is Ben Carson acting like Hitler?
Or is it all because the drive-by media is no good?

So brave of him to say this in the State of Alabama where the 'Guvnah' has already said refugees may not come to his state.

And here's another thought...I say take a look at what Christians are doing for refugees. Google any denomination and see what they are doing and HAVE BEEN doing for refugees. People hang the reaction of the US and it's leaders as the end all to help for refugees. The Church has been tending to these issues with no vote - just people DOING the work of helping.

Who cares what Ben Carson says? He's not the voice of those who are already helping.

The politicians and Congress can grandstand. People are being helped whether politicians ever get off their soapbox.

A politician who claims to be a Christian is not the voice or the example of what Christians are doing on a day to day basis to actually help people.

Chris Christie was on Morning Joe yesterday revealing exactly that.
He was pointing out that the Catholic Churches in Jersey have already
taken in Syrian refugees with no involvement from government.

But the reason he was revealing it was to complain about it.  He says
when churches do this there is no way for the government,  state or federal,  to know who they're bringing in.

I don't know about them bringing them into this country I've only ready about the efforts on the ground in other countries, including Syria. In fact, we met a couple just a month ago who had returned from their work in Syria helping in a refugee camp. No politics - just providing food, shelter, clothing and care.

The pixelated areas are dead bodies.

This week has deepened my understanding of how something like the Holocaust could happen.

It's deepened my understanding of how American civil wars and World Wars happen too.

Too bad poster Markle cannot find the un-pixelated view of that photo. He'd then be including it on every thread. He loves dead-body photos-it's his version of pornography. Necrophilia must be hard to resist!

61% of Americans voted no to bringing in refugee Jewish children in 1939. I'll bet most all were Christians and I'll most of who oppose now are Christians.

Well it is a little confusing.  Jesus was a Jew but Christians are not.
And both use the same first part of the Bible.

It's kinda like Ronnie Milsap.  He's black but he likes country music just like the rednecks do.  Go figure.

Most Jews don't dispute Jesus' existence, they just don't believe he was the Messiah.

Q: If you knew there was a rabid dog loose on the street in front of your house, would you elect it president?

2seaoat

I see it more as a pack of rabid dogs running for President.......and there is not one Ol Yella among them.
