We have very serious problems in this country. When is it going to stop?

It was a "threshold arrest" ... look it up.  4th Amendment does not come into play so long as no search of the premises ensued.

If you are standing in the open threshold of a residence .... you are in a "public place" .... look it up.

Subject was clearly told he was under arrest, refused to follow directions, refused to cuff up.  Then clearly physically resisted the Officers.   Others were interfering with the arrest and apparently physically resisting as well.

If you are told you are under arrest .... and you think you are being unlawfully arrested .... well, tell it to the judge.    Don't stand there and argue with the Officers while refusing to comply with commands.   And don't physically resist or you might find yourself physically taken to the ground, tazed, or even struck with a baton to force compliance with the Officer's instructions .... and then charged with resisting arrest. And don't interfere with someone else who is in the process of being questioned and/or arrested ... even verbally ... you might find yourself charged with interfering with government operations.

Stupid kids been watching too many YouTube videos.   They should have either talked to the Officers through the door or stepped outside & closed the door to talk to them.  (and tell everybody else in the house to STFU!!)

In any case, it's all white kids involved, so ..... no news here.

Listen, I don't know if you were LE or worked in some LE capacity but there is clearly something wrong w/ you or you really have no clue as what you're talking about if you think that is acceptable police behavior or even legal. It was wrong on many levels. The student did not have to step out of the apt. to talk to the officer and the student was talking to him and stated he would talk to him while he was inside his apt. He attempted to close the door and the officer put his foot in the way. Secondly, pulling the kid out and then beating him and tasing him while he was down on the ground is clearly excessive force. The girl was arrested for asking if he was being detained or arrested. The chief of police clearly stated he was disturbed by what he saw and the officer did not have the right to enter the apt. I don't know when it became commonplace to overreact and beat and kill people for perceived nonexistent threats but the police have extended their authority to a point it has become criminal. Shooting into cars killing a 6 yr. old boy, killing a rancher who was trying to put his bull out of his misery and killing an unarmed guy laying on his back because you couldn't see his hands is murder. Enough is enough.

It must be the sop to shoot the family pet these days too. There's been a certain and steady escalation of force/overreach.
