Remember way back before the handlers got a hold of McCain and he would actually say truthful things out loud in front of cameras? Remember how damn refreshing and head turning that was? Even if you didn't agree with him it was something to respect.

Now we get smoke and mirrors, the usual historical political fare and politicians wonder why the American people are leery of official government statements.

I saw this bumper sticker on a little pickup truck in P'cola the other day and had to agree with it.

You need to post this image whenever poster KarlRove and semi-demented poster Markle start talking about making war against Iran.

At least we know our President will not let it happen before his term is up, and if we can keep the GOP out of the WH in 2016, perhaps the dogs of war can be suppressed further.

The GOP has no domestic agenda, so for 2016, the only thing they will be running on is national security, and they will be beating the drum about the Iranian "threat" until we are tired of hearing about it.

I wish they didn't have a domestic agenda but it looks as if they do. Not surprisingly it matches the agenda of the Koch brothers and the rest of the corporate/financial domain.

It basically consists of more benefits to corporations via expansion of tax and trade advantages, reduction of any kind of regulation that cuts into profits, continuation of low wages and dependence on taxpayer subsidizes to support workers. There is also the religious aspect in play. Think about the "religious freedom" laws they recently introduced in several states.

This is their domestic agenda. Don't think just because the the drumbeats for war are loud there is not more to their views. They call it red, white and blue America but it doesn't look like anything we've seen before.

As you know, there was peace in Iraq for three years as Semi-retired President Obama mistakenly pulled out all our troops leaving a vacuum.  We know what happens with a vacuum.  Nature doesn't like vacuum's so something fills the vacuum.  In this case it is ISIS...at first Semi-retired President Obama called them the JV of terrorists.  I would say from the kidnappings terrorist attacks, videoed beheadings and murders, they've moved to the next class for the President's bracket.

President Obama has total chaos now around the world and here on our own shores and, the man is oblivious to what is going on around him.  

You should know about vacuums...there's one between your ears.
