But what were the behavioral antecedents to the beat down? Do we know any of that?

It figures that our long-suffering War Hero believes that "behavioral antecedents" somehow justify the brutalization of a suspect by out of control, savages with badges.
The suspect was on the ground face down with his hands behind his back when he was tazed, kicked in the nuts and beaten by these Law Enforcement pricks in another example of the police war on we-the-people.
The Sheriff Deputies here are exhibited "behavioral antecedents" that qualify them for payback. It's only a matter of time.
Fuck bad cops!

He appears to have surrendered; his hands are behind his back while he gets kicked, punched, and hit with a baton.

Consider: We-the-people didn't start this war. Consider also, corporatism (fascism) now controls our government. Who then are the cops working for?
The facts are, trust of the police has never been lower in American history.
Run a light, drive over the limit and when those flashing lights appear in your rear-view mirror, do you worry about the ticket you might get, or do you worry about not doing ANYTHING that might make that sonofabitch in a uniform shoot you to death?

It is only a matter of time before someone who supports police action of any kind comes up with some flimsy excuse/justification for the cops' behavior. Give me a break.
The guy was following instructions right before they descended on him. You can see his arms fly out as he is face down and then quickly go behind his back. He knows what is likely coming and is trying at that point to comply so as to avoid a beating but is not successful.
After he's been down and beaten for a while other cops join the fun and throw in a few punches of their own even though they had nothing to do with the take down. It is like a pack of dogs attacking their prey. There is clearly something wrong with police mentality in this country. I cannot imagine London cops behaving in this manner.

No, its only a matter of time before some gun-toting wingnut like KarlRove gets pulled over for a minor traffic infraction and becomes a victim of police brutality himself.
I can only imagine how that might go down, especially when the officer finds out the wingnut is packing heat for self-protection.....
