There are 1.2 billion Muslims who say, if you don't believe in allah and mohammed, you're not "saved" either. They would tell you exactly the same thing... "if I'm wrong about allah and mohammed, I wasted my life. If you're wrong about allah and mohammed, you wasted your eternity".

What either of you believes depends only on what part of the world you come from.

Right, Jesus is famous for hating the poor, most of whom are lazy bastards.  There are no excuses for someone being poor in America.  It only takes the will to find a job and work hard.  That's the reason no white republicans are poor.

But I spent my whole working life in the most pure fucking form of capitalism which has ever been conceived.
And because of that experience, I have learned to respect capitalism more than socialism.
I say that only hoping to spark a debate between you and me on that.

Actually I'd been drinking when I wrote that last night. After I sobered up this morning I came to my senses.
Yes, I still like the 35 years of capitalism I practiced to make my livlihood.
But that was then and this is now. And now in my retirement I like socialism too. Because without socialism, it would cost me $10,000/month to have health insurance. And since I don't have $10,000/month to pay for health insurance, without socialism I would die.
Long live socialism.

And if Markle and Karl Rove say they hate socialism, then all they have to do to convince us they actually believe that is to refuse to accept Medicare when they turn 65. But we all know that's not going to happen.
