A California man who authorities believe had been drinking in a tree outside of his home was fatally impaled when he accidentally fell from its branches and landed on a spiked fence, police said on Wednesday.

Maybe he was just doing a test run before he had one of those $70.000 or $100,000 tree houses built. Look out below .

I saw an ER where a guy fell onto a tree and it went through his whole body from his rectum up. They cut it out in sections and he lived.
