Fracking and horizontal drilling is opening huge reserves around the world.....delaying peak oil, but it will be expensive to get out because of arid climate of Northern Mexico......good news for Texas refineries as the Pemex monopoly is ending and giving foreign investment a huge opportunity for American investors.

Maybe the Mexicans will go home and get those jobs and quit sucking off the US Government?
